At Sensy Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your yarn or accessories aren't the perfect fit for your project, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused yarn in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and skein bands are intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
